Dear SSC Athletes, Parents and Coaches,

Very exciting news that we will be starting back to our training schedule from Mon Jan 16

There are a few adjustments over the first week as a number of venues are still under maintenance but we will return to our regular schedule fully at all locations from Mon Jan 30.

Please find attached the session outline for the first 2 weeks paying special note to sessions normally scheduled for:

Paul Sadler Swimland Narre Warren – NW (Moved to ROW in week 1)
Paul Sadler Swimland Carrum Downs – CD (Moved only Thu AM to ROW in week 1)
Paul Sadler Swimland Parkwood Green – PG (Moved to to ALT in week 1)

Happy Australia Day (Thu Jan 26) – Public Holiday No Training
