Dear SSC Athletes, Parents and Coaches,

We hope everyone is looking forward to a great school holidays with the family. SSC wishes everyone a safe and happy break from school and we encourage our athletes to continue to develop their swimming through training over the holidays as follows (See File Attached)

NOTE: Paul Sadler Swimland Rowville (ROW) – CLOSED for Maintenance Jul 1-14
All AM sessions Jun 1-14 regularly at ROW will be provided @ Ringwood (RWD)
Paul Sadler Swimland Ringwood (Yarra Valley Grammar – Sports Complex)
Entry via Plymouth Road – Sporting Complex

Junior Squads – SSC Development (DEV) & Intraclub (INT) Squads
which include our Special Introductory (SPI) and Scholarship Athletes (SCH)
- Jul 1-Jul 7 – NO TRAINING (one week break)
- Jul 8-14 – Regular Training Resumes (ROW sessions moved to RWD)

Senior Squads – SSC District (DIS), State Potential (SPO), Performance (SPE) & Podium (POD) + Masters (MAS)
- Jul 1-Jul 14 – Continue training as per regular schedule (ROW sessions moved to RWD)

We will return to our regular schedule of training from Monday July 15
