Dear SSC Athletes, Parents and Coaches,
(Corrected Friday Sessions)
- Friday AM @ PG 5:30-7:00am (Michelle)
- Friday PM @ ESS 7:15-8:45pm (Alana)

We hope all of our families are looking forward to the upcoming school holidays for a deserved break to energize and prepare for Term 4.

There are a few minor adjustments to our schedule over the holiday period.

School Holidays Week 1 – (Mon Sep 23 – Sun Sep 29)
- NO TRAINING ALL SSC SQUADS
- One week break for transition between SC and LC season

School Holidays Week 2 – (Mon Sep 30 – Sun Oct 6)
- All SSC Squads will train during the Junior Squads Timetable ONLY

- This is Week 1 of Term 4
There is one change to the regular schedule
FRIDAYS which were 7:30-9:00pm @ Braybrook has been moved to 7:15-8:45pm @ Paul Sadler Swimland Essendon

Back to School – Mon Oct 7
- All SSC Squad Training resumes regular schedule
- This is Week 2 of Term 4
There is one change to the regular schedule
