We are excited to invite you to join us for the second webinar in our Women’s Health series, dedicated to help educate on how the menstrual cycle affects physical, emotional, and mental health and provide evidence-based strategies for symptom management.


Topic: Understanding the Impact of the Menstrual Cycle and Managing Symptoms in Aquatic Sports

Join Swimming Olympic Champion Pernille Blume and Open Water Olympian Caroline Jouisse as they share their insight into how the menstrual cycle has impacted their physical, emotional, and mental well-being throughout their athletic careers and how they have managed its symptoms along the way. They will be joined by:
Tom Rushton, renowned coach, offering insights insights into how he helps his female athletes manage menstrual symptoms to minimize their impact on training.
Marine Dupuit, Sport Scientist (French Institute of Sport Performance), will share key research on managing the impact of the menstrual cycle.
