Dear SSC Athletes, Parents and Coaches,

We are nearing the end of the swimming season which finishes off with the National Open (April 6-8) and Age Championships (Apr 11-18) both on the Gold Coast. The action will be live streamed on 9Now. Tune in to watch Patrick race the 50, 100 and 200 BR.

Our Annual Break (2 Weeks) is during this April School Holiday Period including Easter.
Thursday 2nd April - Last day of regular training sessions
Fri April 3 - Sun Apr 19 - Annual Break - NO TRAINING

Mon Apr 20 - Regular training sessions resume

This Annual Break provides the athletes time to spend with family and friends, participating in other personal activities to keep fit and have fun. Having this time away from the pool allows the athletes to fully recover, grow and get excited to return to the new Short Course (SC - 25m pool racing) Season.

There will be some additional information provided shortly as to a schedule of events outline for the SC Season (May-Sep) including the opportunity to refocus and prepare goals for direction/motivation. We will all be energized and excited to be back to the pool with our teammates, friends and family after the break.

Be ready to go for our first event of the season ... the races no one wants to miss!!!
